Vermont Crackers 3 cups oatmeal 1 cup wheat germ 2 cups w.w.flour 3 TBS sugar 1 tsp salt Swirl together in bowl: 3/4 cup olive oil 1 cup water dash vanilla Mix all together and roll on two (or 3) cookie sheets. Sprinkle with salt if desired or sesame seeds. Cut into squares. Prick with fork. Bake 30 min at 300 or until crisp.
