Be sure rice is cool enough to not hurt yeast, Mix in: 1+1/2 cups rye flour 1 cup rolled oats corn and rice couple handfuls rasins couple handfuls sunflower seeds handful sesame seeds Set to rise When doubled in bulk, fill 3 loaf pans 3/4 full, set to rising, about an hour loaf pans will be full, bake 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
